The 2026 season of the Farmers' Market opens on Wednesday, June 10, 2026!
Transportation Resources for Visiting the Market:
Biking, walking, sharing rides and/or public transit to the Market is encouraged.
Bus routes
The Watertown Farmers' Market is accessible via MBTA Bus routes 52, 57, 59, 70, 71, Express 504. You can also take the Watertown Connector that runs along Pleasant Street (& stops at Watertown Square) during rush hours to the market. It is a 10-minute walk from the 52, 57, and 504 buses that arrive at Watertown Yard.
Bike racks are located behind and along the sides of City Hall and behind and in front of the library.
You can get, or park, a Bluebike right in front of City Hall. Check out more on planning your Bluebikes trip at www.bluebikes.com
If you need to drive to the market, here are some helpful tips:
As shown on map below, metered parking is available on Main St., Whites Ave, and in the back of the library (2-hour limit), but some parking spaces have shorter time limits, remember to check nearby signs!)
Free 2-hour parking is available on all non-metered residential streets nearby.
Please look at the modified map below to get familiar with the new market layout (subject to change) and watch for weekly updates. The market layout will expand to include the upper park when the project is complete, anticipated for later this summer.
An enlarged layout of the market will be posted by the Main Street entrance, on the plaza. You can also come to the Market Information booth to receive help locating your favorite vendors.
We welcome customer requests if any accommodations are needed to access vendors. Visit the Market Information Tent on the plaza or talk with our market volunteers for information and assistance.
