Move More is a collection of active living programs and resources that promote movement for health. Current programs include weekly Watertown Walks on Thursdays, and specialty and seasonal programs including Get Out Your Bike in May, fitness and functional movement sessions, and gentle martial arts classes including Qigong and Tai Chi, which also reduce stress and build emotional resiliency.
