Active Living and Wellness Program for All Ages
Move More is a collection of active living programs and resources that promote movement for health. Current programs include weekly Watertown Walks on Thursdays. Speciality and seasonal programs include Get Out Your Bike in May, fitness and functional movement sessions, snowshoeing, and gentle martial arts classes including Tai Chi and Circle Walking, which also benefit emotional wellbeing.

According to the CDC, regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. The general recommendation is to engage in 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, such as brisk walking, each week.
