Use SNAP at the market and DOUBLE Your SNAP Dollars!
The Watertown Farmers' Market accepts SNAP to purchase food from any and all of our vendors. Visit the Market Manager's table to receive a dollar-to-dollar match, up to $15 a week! Just bring your EBT card to the market manager's tent and we'll process your SNAP and give you match dollars to use at the market, anytime over the course of the season. The Watertown Farmers' Markets uses paper voucher SNAP dollars. Here is a video that shows you how to use SNAP at the market HERE. *This video was filmed in 2020 when we used plastic SNAP tokens. The market now uses paper SNAP vouchers.
Healthy Incentives Program (HIP)
FREE produce can be accessed at the Watertown Farmers' Market from our HIP certified farm vendors*! Purchase fruits and vegetables using your EBT card from authorized HIP farmers and the amount of sale will be automatically reimbursed to your SNAP balance, it's an instant rebate - and your produce is free! Monthly maximums apply based on family size, and you must have a SNAP balance on your account to use HIP. The Watertown Farmers' Market has three HIP certified farm vendors: Dick's Market Farm, Stillman's Farm, and Farmer Tim's.
